CATERING ORDER REFUNDS
Payment is due in full at check-out. We require 72 hours notice prior to the delivery/pick-up date for all order cancellations, at which time a full refund will be issued. Orders cancelled within less than 72 hours are non-refundable.
DELIVERY + PICK-UP
LOCAL DELIVERY WITHIN 15KM: $15 delivery fee applies to local deliveries within 15km. Spend $200+ to qualify for FREE delivery.
LOCAL DELIVERY WITHIN 30KM: $30 delivery fee applies to local deliveries within 30km. Spend $350+ to qualify for FREE delivery.
IN-STORE PICK-UP: Pick-up is available daily during business hours.
48 hours notice required for all catering orders. Once your order has been placed we require at least 24 hours notice for any changes or modifications. Please leave a note at checkout specifying your preferred date/time of pick-up or delivery as well as any allergies or dietary restrictions. We will follow-up to confirm details.
